So it's almost fully official, come January I am going back to school. Taking a certificate program at the Rhode Island School of Design. Met with the advisor for the program tonight and she was very nice. She's actually teaching the first class I am supposed to take.

I am all excited about the idea of going back to school now. I think it will do me some good, especially since I have been all discouraged with life and trying to find work. I really hope good things come of this.

In other news, I have not done any wallpapers or such lately because I had a video card die on me. But my new one recently came in and is ten times better then my old one. It's a really sweet 1GB Nivida GeForce 9400GT. Better yet, I got it for $35 on eBay! You don't want to know what I was running on before, it is embarrassing. So far I've only tested it out on Oblivion by playing on near max settings. But I should start up Photoshop at some point and see if I no longer get lag when I use the smudge tool or work at high resolutions.

Anyway, I hope this is the last forced computer upgrade I need to make for awhile. After needing to replace the power supply and then the video card, I lack the extra money to put more into it, though I didn't really have the money to begin with, but I need a running computer.
